The neutron argument is that with the incursus falloff bonus you get 5km with lead ammo, It's faster than the tristan anyway so you'll definitely be able to close some initially, even under web, change the ammo to suit the range your skills permit...

That is really close to my fit, but I don't have T2 blasters yet so I drop the second EANM for another magstab and I don't use a scram, I ram, so I fit a booster and they get webbed that much quicker.

Why not fit your own NOS in the spare Highslot and fit Modal Electrons instead? You need a sensor booster or lock times will be geological! I would use 3 x active hardeners rather than 1 + 2 EANM's if you must tank... You appear to have a spare...
